I've tried looking into this, but I can't figure out what's wrong.
Here's the rabbit trail:
Tried opening Network Connections since my "interwebs" was down.
The window opened to a blank "white" window, and didn't respond.
So I tried opening TaskManager. No luck - not from any method. All it does is create a tray icon that doesn't respond. Nothing else.
I tried looking into my Event Logs, but those hung up as well.
Almost all of my management and system control tools hang upon opening.
I can't diagnose what I can't find, halp! Norton says my PC is clean...
