Default Double Click Option on Hard Drive

Well this is weird. Basically, I just bought an external drive and the option in right click menu that is bold at the top is install or run program and I have to select Open everytime I want to use it. Double clicking tells me "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing that action. Create an association in the set associations control panel.

Lol, help would be apreciated so the default action is Explore not Install because I just formatted it so there is no data like .exe
