I am new to Vista so I need some help .
I noticed a big discrepancy between C drive used space and the files I actually have on C drive ex programs, windows , users etc . Those files add up to approx 32.5G . whereas the C drive info indicated that I haves used up around 67G out of 400G . I assume the rest must be Restore points etc. However when I click on properties of the System Vol Info folder I see 0 Bytes. When I use the command VSSadmin I see that 34.5G out of 55G is used . Why can't I see the size of the System Volume Folder in Windows Explorer even though I am an administrator? Is there something I must do to give myself the appropriate privileges ?
I believe I should be able to view the size of the System Vol Info file because I can do so on my laptop which is also running Vista ?
Thanks
