"Choose Default Program" will not allow any changes

When choosing "open with" and then "Choose Default Program" will not allow any changes to the existing apps.

Running the Adobe CS3 installer did change some settings, but it cannot be done manually for ANY file types.

Yes, Administrator.
Yes, changed the User Access Control.


Side note, with CyberLink PowerDVD installed, WMP 11 will not play a DVD. All Titles are visible.

MPC-HC-64 will play all DVD's just fine Media Player Classic - Home Cinema - Video Player
