Dual Boot problem Win 7/Vista wont start

I have Windows 7 and Vista Dual booted and was attempting to to shrink my Vista partition in Computer Management while in Win 7. I was able to make a "New Volume " at 2.8 GB but after rebooting, when i go into Vista, I get a quick Blue then it reboots. Win 7 works fine. here is a pic of my Computer Management:

Looks like you converted it to a Dynamic disk .

Delete the new 2.8 gb volume, and covert it to basic disk with this:

I'm not familiar with dual booting Win7/Vista but I'm sure SIW2 is right.
