Icon sizes :)

Icon sizes on the taskbar/quicklaunch

I have a slight problem with icon sizes on my taskbar
at the moment they don't match the size of the quick launch
and was wondering how I could change them so the task bar has big icons like my quick lauch

Couldnt tell ya, thats a windows 7 Quick Launch, not vista

it's vista i've just changed the settings to make it look like windows 7 but I don't know how to do the same to the taskbar

I don't know if you can solely change your Taskbar icon size. Each of the settings I know about changes something else also.

Try this first - this changes the Titlebar icon size, but should also change your Taskbar icon size as well:

Right-click Desktop, Properties,then Appearance,then Advanced, then in the drop-down menu, select Active Titlebar, set it to the increased size you want, i.e. 25. Click OK.

The following directions resize the Desktop icons, but I don't know if they will also resize the Taskbar icons. You could try it and change it back if they don't:

Right-click the Desktop, select View, and then click Large Icons, Medium Icons, or Classic Icons. (Classic icons are the smallest size.)
