Remote Access Connection Manager issues

I have been going through a LOT of pain and hardship with my desktop lately.

It's been having a plethora of problems which caused various BSOD's. Among the errors were a Page in NonPaged Area, and more recently an IRQL Not Less or Equal Error.

I managed to get the computer running again after running in Safe Mode and fiddling with the services. Remote Access Connection Manager is the one that causes it to Blue Screen with the IRQL error.

I've got my computer running on Selective Start-up with everything but this service, and as a result I have no internet connection. I've tried to start backing up files onto a newly purchased external drive, but my computer still seems to be suffering from a memory problem as well.

How exactly could I go about replacing this problem? Do I need to re-boot the OS?
