Running to OS in the same computer

Hello

I am running a laptop witH Vista HOme Premium and I need to access a dynamic disk formated with Windows Vista Ultima 64bit.

I am thinking of doing a partition and installing there my vista ultimate to access the disk. I dont want to delete my info and install ultimate in all the drive because I dont have other drives or time to backup all my info

My question: how safe is to run two versions of vista in the same laptop? How hard is it to do it (I am new to this!).

Thanks

Hugo

Can you clarify this ? ?
Both of those OS's are capable of reading each other's files...why would you need to dual-boot ? ?

As far as I know I cannot access a dynamic disk with a vista home. It appears as invalid in my diskmanagement.

If I convert it to basic, I will loose all my data.

best
