Hi,

I turn the power on and I get taken to the Safe mode boot screen.

Firstly it say to install a windows instalation disk and follw on screen intructions.

then says boot in safe mode, safe mode with compt promt, sm with networking, last know good configuration, windows normally.......

I have no Windows Instalation Disk, All the options take me to the Windows Corporation with the green bar going across and doesnt do anyhting, stays on that.



I cannot seem to fix this please help.

since then i have downloaded a recoevery disk, upon turning laptopn on and inserting the cd nothing happens...

please help

My laptop goes to the safe mode initially but when choosing an option i.e safe mode, safe mode with networking, last know good configuration...... they all freeze.

the laptop doesn't progress to the desktop page.
