Solved Taskbar going crazy?

Hi, my taskbar is messing around and being unresponsive, and very hard to click.
Please help me? I've tried logging off, rebooting, etc. It seems to happen randomly.

Right click then hit lock taskbar

I found the way to fix this; for future reference to anyone.
Open Task manager [ctrl+alt+delete]
Go to Processes tab
Select Explorer.exe and end task.
In task manager, go to File > Run and type in "explorer"
Taskbar will restart, fixed.​
