More "sort by" options in folders....

Ok so when you right click in a folder explorer window and it says "sort by" and then you go 'more' because there's a ton of other options and you select a new method, HOW do you make that option a permanent option for all of your folders? I mean ya it's great to have all those options but i can't for the life of me figure out how i can always just have the option to sort by date created like i used to on xp. Thanks
