Solved e-mail default

No need for the sad face, this is easy. Go to search, by the start orb. Type default. Then the first chioce will give you the default screen. If this works, I hope to see a smiley.

I understand that you do not want the current default. WE really have no idea what indcredimail did, so we have to try and find out.

Even though it is not default, can you still use the AOL client?

OK John as I said this is not a problem. If AOL client no longer appears as a choice, it appears that it has been removed.

This is what you do.

Make a system restore point. I always start with this. Sometimes a small problem could escalate and cause bigger problems. We want to be sure that we can restore everything to where we started in case of problems.

Now, it appears that your AOL client is gone. To be sure go to control panel, programs and look for AOL. If you see Incredimail and not AOL, it has been uninstalled.

If AOL has been uninstalled. Donwload it, again, the way you did the first time.

Now go back and make it default.

This should take care of everything.
