Solved Frustrating Process

How can you eliminate the os from asking you to authorize -each time you want to do ANYTHING!!:mad:---my screen freezes, finally the screen dims and a question block appears==asking me to authorize Vista to continue.

start > control panel (classic view) > user accounts > turn user account control on or off....mines been off since day one...good luck

Kenny has given the correct technical answer, but the warning is for your safety. I kept mine on to avoid the situation when I am having a bad day and do something, without the warning, that I should not. We all make mistakes. It is there for our protection.
