Tried all the changes listed here on this Tutorial to speed up my computer and while the changes worked for the computer itself the settings related to my internet connection have made it worse not better with download speed of 254 Kb/sec almost the worse I have ever had
The settings I have changed are QoS Bandwidth limiter (didn't help so have returned to default)
Auto Tuning TCP/IP (didn't help so returned to default)
HTTP max connections 96
Max connections per server 32
Max persistent connections per server 8
HTTP Pipe lining True
What else could I try?
