FAT32 message + icon question

Two of the last times I have started, I get the black screen with white text, something about FAT32, or "F drive?" -then it said found no errors, then proceeds to start normally as always.

Also noticed that two icons have turned from the image to the broken icon image on my desktop. shortcuts for Chrome and Gmail.

What are these?

Do you use "google chrome" ?

Have you formated a flash drive to fat32 ?

yes, I use Chrome and Gmail, didn't know why icons went broken. No, haven't formated a flash drive to fat32.
