What the title says I had restarted my computer after adding another adminstrator account and have no Internet connection and have this ugly xp looking theme plead guys help me! If u want to know why I added another account is for deleting this file when it ask you need permission to continue that's why

Run you Anti Virus
I would tell you to download and run malwarebytes, but it may be difficult with the internet connection. Report back with your findings.
If that comes up with nothing you may want to try a repair install.

ok I can't do the repair because I don't have the vista cd because when I bought ky computervit already came with it so I didn't get any cd
EDIT:I think vista is stuck on safe mode because on normal mode it runs like if it was on safe mode without network so I think that's the problem
