CGI execution problem for apache server

Hi All,

I am using Apache server on vista. CGI file enumerates networks resources.
when i execute CGI file using administrative rigths for httpd.exe, CGI will execute.
otherwise don't show require result...
Can anyone know how do i set access for either httpd or CGI file.. so that it will execute all times..
