Dell Inspiron(1521) "NTLDR is missing" and disk don't work...HELP!

Laptop is showing NTLDR is not working. I was told to use the Install Vista cd that came with the laptop but whenever I hit a button the same message shows up..NTLDR is missing. Seems like it does not know the cd is there ? Any help would be great. Thanks

You need to go into BIOS and make sure the dvd drive is checked so it can be booted from.
