System Repair hangs at log in screen

Hey all,

Recently i decided to try restore my Dell Studio 15 to its factory settings.
I am able to get into the advanced boot options menu and to click repair your computer. (As the dell website told me to)
However once it reaches the screen to log in as an administrator the computer seizes, a blue screen flashes but goes away quicker than i can read it.

How can i prevent this from occuring? Or perform the dell factory image restore in another way

You are in luck. Dell is one of the few companes that provide DVD that has the same restore function. For more information read your Dell Manual.
