I have a Vista machine that we run as a server. It has folders that have been shared so that other computers on the network can have access to the files. My problem is that any machine running Windows XP SP3, losses connectivity with the shared folders. This only happens if another Vista machine is accessing content on the shared folders. We have been having to restart the main Vista machine with the shared folders every time, so that the XP machines can regain access to the shared folders. Is there a solution to fix this, or is this an OS compatibility issue?
