i have problems dowloading anything!

whether it be pictures attached in an email..and now itis facebook related.facebook asked me to dowload its plugin to upload pictures..but this information bar window shows up warning me i want to download it..and when i click the option to do so...nothing happens.

if anything has been dowloading i dont know where it has gone...anybody know how to fix this please?!!

I'm not sure if I fully understand the problem. What browser are you using?
