hi all,

kk i have a HP Pavillion a6040a, windows vista home premium, 32bit, memory ram 2038mb, intel (R) Pentium (R)D CPU 3.20 ghz 320ghz. both my HP C: drive and Recover D: drive (less than 5% of space left) were showing up red and a pop up error: saying low disk space. so i copied and pasted all files i wanted onto my external Hdrive and then reset the computer to factory settings thinking that it will solve both my HP C: drive and recovery D: drive problem.. well it did work for my HP C: drive but naddah for recovery D: drive.. and i still am getting the error: low disk space... arghhhh.. so i went and googled and did a disk clean-up, defrag and found a page on HP website on how to try and fix the low disk space problem and that did nothing. does anyone please have any other suggetions? and also it keeps rebooting without warning could the full recovery D: drive be the cause of it? and lastly i tried doing backup onto my 1TB external hardrive but kept failing error: 0x8004231F and my antivirus software is norton if this helps :D
