Find out last time system restore was performed?

Would this show up in restore point history or is there another way to find this info?

    Thanks

You can go to Control Panel, System and Maintenance, System, Then system protection on the left and that will bring up the latest restore point.

Thanks, but that's not what I'm asking - I am not looking for restore points, I am looking for the last time system restore was used. Would that show up in the restore point history? My sister claims she did a system restore (she's not even sure if it worked or not) a couple of weeks ago and her computer has been slow ever since. I don't see any previous system restores in the restore point history (it goes back a couple of months) and I'm not even sure that they would show up there. If not, is there another way to check that?

Sorry I misunderstood you, If it's not in the restore point history I don't know where else it would be, It says it's reversible so I would think it would show it there.
Sorry that's not really an answer, maybe someone else might have one for you.

Well, I thought it would show up in the restore point history as an "undo system restore" but I don't see that and I'm not even sure that it would.

If anybody has an answer for this I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks

edit: I got a little more information from her. She said the computer would not boot up and it went into startup repair, when it said "would you like to perform a system restore" she pressed yes - is startup repair similar to safe mode as far as not being able to undo a system restore? Is that why it is not showing up? She said it didn't look like it worked because after she pressed yes startup repair said it was fixing the problem and it quickly restarted.

I just did a system restore and it does show up there, So if it did a startup repair that wouldn't show up there.

I don't know if this will help with the running slow problem but it will find and fix corrupt files, Here's a tutorial,
    System Files - SFC Command

Re: Find out last time system restore was performed?

    Thanks for your help derekimo.

When she pressed yes for system restore in startup repair it didn't give her any options for restore points at all like it does in safe mode, the window just disappeared and it quickly fixed itself and restarted, that's why she wasn't sure if it worked or not. I would think that if that happened the startup repair had already begun repairing itself and the system restore window was blocking her from seeing that. Am I correct in assuming this or is that how system restore in startup repair works, no options at all it just picks a restore point and goes for it?

    Thanks

    Thanks again derekimo.

I read the entire thread but did not find an answer to the question:

"When she pressed yes for system restore in startup repair it didn't give her any options for restore points at all like it does in safe mode, the window just disappeared and it quickly fixed itself and restarted, that's why she wasn't sure if it worked or not. Does anybody know for sure?
