hey everyone, my mums laptop is running really crap. its a xp. could anyone point me there.

I would take Stoney's advice and give us a try. Yes, there are many differences between XP and Vista, but depending upon your problem, we may be able to offer advice. Furthermore, I can sincerely guarantee, that although we may not have your answer, you will be treated like family.

That being said, I offer the alternative approach, an XP Forum. I have never used this Forum, but another poster had mentioned it and liked it. Windows XP Forum and Discussion - CNET Forums
