cant play movies

Im trying to watch a movie on my laptop. It keeps asking me to download flash. i download it no problem but will still not play the movie. Kinda stumped.....

Its not just movies, it involves anything flash....

Welcome

Try going to tools>internet options>advanced>reset

This will remove all add-ons to determine any conflicts. After the test you can install them again.
