Hangs with multiple dllhost.exe/COM Surrogate's

With IE8 running I experiences lots of Vista restarts because of many dllhost.exe-process' running and a frosen system but I'm still able to navigate on the Internet. I can't start other programs and have to restart through ctrl+alt+del. The Shut-down/Restart-options in the Start-buttom becomes inactive.

Please help me out of this severe problem.

Untill now I have uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled it with any change at all.

I have now seen, that taskmgr.exe have the same effect on the performance and Vistas ability to start another program.

How do I deal with this problem?
