Welcome to the forum

Right click on tool bar, then customize. You can pick what you want to show. Add or remove commands.

First, lets be sure that we are talking about the same thing. On the top of the screen, you see a bar. You right click on that bar, you get a drop down menu, the last choice being customize. You put the cursor on cutomize and there is another menu, the last being add commands. If you click on add commands, in the left panel there should be the choice of commands, one being tools.

If you are talking about a different bar or what you see is different, give me as much detail as you can and I will try to help.
