Printing Problem...

Vostro 220 Slim, Genuine Windows Vista Operating System, 32-bit.

Printing from any program shuts computer programs down. Not really any error message...streets & trips error said something about resolution?? Wordpad error said to update windows, explorer shuts down and goes to home page no error.

This computer is networks through a XP Computer, and printing has worked fine until yesterday. Has anyone experienced this problem? Can you please advise best solution.

Check the event viewer for error messages and make sure all necessary services for printing are running.
