Extract images from a directory

I have a folder on my desktop, which in turn has about 30 additional folders. Each one of those in turn has one folder with jpgs in it.

The entire thing is a library of images, but I would like to extract all the images and put them in one folder.

How can I do that ?
Is there some freeware utility that will allow me to find or extract all these images into a destination folder?

Yes, there is most definitely a way! In the main folder, do a search for .jpg, .png, .bmp, or whatever format the images are. In the search results page, you can select all (ctrl+A) and then Copy (ctrl+c). In the destination folder, paste (ctrl+v) them.
