Solved i want to install ...

Welcome

I do not know where to get the exact gadgets that show in your post, but if you type gadgets, in search, you will find out how to get the Microsoft Approved Gadgets. You can also go to Google and search for gadgets. I think that this forum, also has gadgets that can be used.

I assume you are talking about having those 3 items in your sidebar. Simple enough.

1 In your sidebar, top of sidebar, click the "plus" sign.
2. Now select, clock, calendar and weather, by dragging them to your sidebar.
3. Remove the other items from the sidebar by clicking the "x" sign on each of them.

Once you have the gadgets that you want you can also undock them from the sidebar window and place them on your desktop. If so desired, drag them from the sidebar to the desktop and then close the sidebar. They can now be moved to anywhere on the desktop including under where the sidebar would normally be. Personally I use an addon called Icon Restore to lock my desktop Icons and gadgets as origanally Vista has problems locking them. Maybe it has been fixed since then under refresh, don't know.
