all of a sudden, I can't install apps.
virus scan done, no problems

B4 this error I was getting " unable to access temp " or something like that I wish I copied it

gave full permission to my user folder
did click " run as admin "

after I opened up full permission for everybody, it seems to work.

did a sfc /scannow

I can't understand the log.
it is dated 6/24/08

The log says that everything was repaired.
Try running it again, it only repairs one item at a time.
If you are not happy with the results of the scan, carry out a startup repair.

Its hard to remember what exactly the dll's where and which applications became unusable since it was a long time back but i do remember that i replaced 2 .dll that helped partially repair and allow me to install

checked them all, working fine but I can't do a performance thing ( whole nutta issue )
