Change or to manage another account issue

hi there when i want to change or to manage another account, when i click manage another account then there will be pop up continue or cancel right? but that i cant click the continue button.. why?? pls help..

PS
my admin account was gone after i reboot my pc .

i try all of that but nothing happened, i try also the cmd one
"net user administrator /active:yes"
some thing like that but is says 5 errors etc. said.. plss plss help..
