How do I delete Windows Vista?

So when I got my computer I made the mistake of reinstalling it with the cd. What I was to do is completely delete the 1st Windows Vista listed (the 2nd one has all my files and media on it).

How do I do that?

You can go to Control Panel, System,Advanced System Settings, under Startup & Recovery click settings. You can delete the unused vista from the drop down menu.
OR
Type msconfig in start search, in Boot tab highlight the unused vista and delete. HTH.
EDIT:
Don't delete the vista in Disk Management because that is your current OS.

Sorry for the confusion.

Ok so I used the EasyBcd program and it worked great, but now I have a new issue. On the new windows vista I have there are no installed programs, but when I go to my C drive theres a programs folder that still has the programs from my old windows vista.

I think that sounds confusing, but for example I don't have firefox currently installed on this new one but when I go to computer>programs>mozilla and click on it firefox opens up. I just assumed that when I deleted that whole boot manager that it would completely wipe all my files and programs off.

How do I get rid/delete of some of this stuff if it's not installed?

I hope that made sense.
