WebCam Issue

I have an Acer Aspire 5610Z.

I don't know how to turn it on. Or even which is the best program.

The cam is built in Crystal Eye, I believe. When I go on MSN Messenger and start the video chat, it wont work it shows a big red x over the cam.

Is there anything i can do to update it? fix it.

OK pinakfans, let's see if we can get this up for you.

Click Start [Windows Orb] > In Start Search line, type Device Manager > From the Program list that appears, Click Device Manager > When User Account Control panel appears, Click Continue > In the Device Manager page that opens, go down list to Imaging Devices, if not expanded, Click the '+' symbol alongside that line> Select and Right Click on the entry for your Webcam > In the drop-down Menu that appears, Select and Click Enable >Exit Device Manager page.Your Webcam and controls, should now be up and running.
