Hi,
Is there a way to set the IE8 icon that appears in it's tab on the taskbar so it is the same as the favicon for the site you are currently viewing?

Thanks,

As far as I'm aware this is currently impossible.
However you can change the IE icon manually by right clicking the IE icon on your desktop, clicking properties and clicking 'Change Icon...' near the bottom of the Shortcut Tab. From here click browse and replace it with any compatible icon file you want.

Sorry, but it can't be done (as to the best of my fairly extensive knowledge)
