Need Help (Error (0x80070424)

Hello. I'm just a novice when it comes to computers and also a newbie here at this forum (which rocks BTW). However, i tried to solve this problem on my own by researching who have experienced it as well. So far, no clear solutions are still available for this error (as far as i know). Here is the complete error message. " An error occured when checking the status of the last automatic back up: The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (0x80070424). Verify the status of your Back up." I'm using Vista Home premium 32-bit system. This has been going on for quite some time now. This message appears every now and then. System restore is out of the question because i tried it and it always show "Not Completed or Unsucessfull". Are there any other type of solutions to this problem? Thanks. :D

This is a common error. Try this tool as it worked for me.
