To block a program

Hello everybody..

I live at a college where I'm the administrator on our computer in the common room. The computer is only meant to play music when we have parties and such, so I have made a normal account, besides the administrator account, that people can use. I have blocked all programs except the music program. I wondered if it is possible to block the Realtek program in a way so people can't use it/screw the settings up but so it will still be able to run at startup?

Does anybody know that?

create a secondly account with parental control,, and block the porgrams and features you want to.. you can create a clean desktop for the other user with only the music program icons

Thank you for the replies..
It's just that it blocks the program so it doesn't run at all then.. besides I have unmarked the program under parental control but it still runs (what it's also supposed to). Guess it's because it's part of the sound driver..

I guess so.. the other profile should not have administrators rights.. the programs that are supposed to start when windows start will still start..
you can lock them on
by typing msconfig
on run command and the startup tabb under the administrative login.. make sure you dont block windows programs
