Hello drgopalga,

STOP 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Usual causes: Device driver, memory, kernel.

I would start by updating all your drivers, sound, video, chipset, and any others you may have.
Also, run a memory testing program, like Memtest, or even the built in one in Vista.
Make sure you run the tests for a few hours.
A quicker way is to remove all but one stick of ram and try it, if its OK, try another stick, and so on, until you have eliminated the ram altogether.
If you have anything overclocked, set it back to default, just until this is fixed.

If you have the Vista disk, you can take the "ntkrnlpa.exe" driver from the disk directly.

Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.
