is it save to clean all the files that are checked .
i will gain 2.57 gb .

They are safe to delete (except for hibernation file cleaner).

The recycle bin is just that, the items that you deleted.

Temporary files are files that were needed for a short period of time, but can now be discarded.

Hibernation file cleaner will have files if you ever used the hibernate feature rather than sleep.

i only use sleep mode .never did use hibernation any way .
so could go a head and delete all them .

Yes, the only thing that you will lose is the extra hibernate feature, so it will be like sleep. In hibernate, if you lose power any unsaved work will be saved.

i was reading the link you posted .
now about 4 nites ago the power when off .my computer was a sleep but it wake up .so is that mean that it was not sleeping ..
what i do is i click the start button and click sleep .
it sleep all nite till the morning when i deceide to wake him up by clicking the left button on my mouse .

right now i have 206 free space on my 232 drive not bad .
plus 2.57 that put to about close to 209 of free space .now i will send you a picture of all the program that i have in had and remove .
then maybe you could tell what i need and what i don't need .
sorry when it come to deleding i don't have a clue what to delete .

You could check most of these out yourself by putting each one into a Google search and looking at the results, that way you will find out what each does.

If you have an Epson printer the Epson entries will have been installed with the software you installed for that printer.

Windows Live is a suite of applications, like Windows Live Mail, Messenger, Live Photo Gallery etc: do you use any of those ?

There may be a program that you use that may need the .net framework it wont hurt to leave that alone and the others I'm not sure of but chances are the Microsoft ones are needed for the system.

thank . no am not using any window live stuff .only in window 7 because you cant not use window mail in 7 .but now i am using vista so i don't need window live mail .i use window mail in vista .
yes i do have window 7 and vista .2 drive .
but the way i see it i will not save that many mb anyway or gb .???????? .so i will leave it be for now

ok got it .so on the after 10 rep to other i am in title of gave you one more .ho boy .i don't know why it like that because all the help i get is from about 5 to 6 member .so that mean you could wait a very long time to get 10 differente member helping me.
because all the help i get is from you and a few other ..but at least i know how it work now .this is the best forum i never use .and i do use a lot of them .but some it is only reading .never ask for help .
some time you get to know thing only by reading .i do google a lot .i mean a lot .
