Indic script disabled (Tamil)

I am using windows vista ultimate 32 bit.
Since last week Tamil fonts are not displayed while using yahoo India Tamil site.
I get only square boxes instead. The help provided by them says to enable indic script keyboard. It is only for windows xp. I came to know that indic script support is enabled in vista by default. But how can I enable it if it is disabled. The control panel -> regional language -> keyboards shows as if there is no tamil keyboard. Please help me to solve this.:(

Try this, when you select the keyboard layout, select "other" then click Add and select the language from the drop down menu.
