Hi,
My cousin recentley gave me her laptop to fix as it was continually restarting. I disabled automatic restart and the laptop was giving out the unmountable_boot_volume blue screen of death error.
I tried loading it into safe mode and last known good configuration but the outcome was the same. So I then decided to boot from the windows vista cd and do a startup repair, the really annoying thing here is that it wont properly boot into the setup..I get the blue vista background and my cursor but it just hangs. I tried different CD's and i've tried booting from USB but still the same problem.
Is there anyway I can repair this issue without having to boot from the windows vista cd?
The laptop is running windows vista home premium and it's Samsung R519.
I hope someone can help me
Thanks.
