the sound in video before the picture

Hi, what did you use to split the movie up?

If possible get the original and just split it it into 3 sections using Windows Movie Maker then export the each piece separately

Hi, make sure you import it into Windows Movie Maker not just open the video file with WMM; WMM can only open project files not actual movies.

I'm not familiar with Xilisoft Video Splitter but I would imagine it's not a particularly well made piece of software.
