Usual causes: Device driver

Go to C > Windows > Minidump zip up the filed and upload them with your next post. you may have to save them to your desktop first.
When we get the dump files, we may be able to tell you which of your drivers are causing this issue.

Your BSOD mentions timer stop .sys, this is to do with the activation of Vista.
Have you added any files to vista, such as patches, cracks, or any type of file ?.
If any files have been added to Vista to prevent activation, then i wont be able to help you any further.
