Windows vista problem after an update

Why my windows vista can't start after a update ? It will lead me to a blue screen and hang there the only solution is to restart the screen stated all those solution with Technical information : ***STOP: 0x0000c1F5 (0x0000000,0x0000000,0x0000000,0x0000000). I did tried safe mode but can't work i even put Windows recovery CD in and boot but it just won't boot after the loading it will went back to blue screen again.Any solution for this? I got many important document inside to handle yet i don't want to lose all data inside any help for keeping my data in a safe place.

Here is probably the best way to fix this unless you want to put the Hard Disk in another computer. Both sites contain the same content.
