I suggest you do the following:
1. Run System File Checker, see How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7
2. Click Start > Run, type MSConfig, and click OK. In MSConfig, click oin the Services tab, and make sure that all of the services are enabled (i.e. have check marks); if not, click on Enable All.
3. If you still have the problem, download and run MalwareBytes, see Malwarebytes
. Make sure that you boot your computer into Safe mode to run it, to avoid conflicts with other programs.
