Personal file Crashing

Ok I've read that some people have had the same problem but its seem to be different then mine

When ever i try to open my personal file (the one that contains my pictures and Videos and stuff) it crashes restarts and i get this:

Troubleshoot a problem with CyberLink Demultiplexer

CyberLink Demultiplexer has stopped working properly.
CyberLink Demultiplexer is a codec. The file name of this codec is CLDemuxer.ax.
To try to solve this problem, follow these steps. One step might solve the problem, but if it doesn't, then go on to the next step.

    Uninstall the program that installed CLDemuxer.ax
    If this problem occurred after you installed a new program, that program might be causing the problem. If you know which program you just installed, you can uninstall it.

    • Select a program, and then click Uninstall.

      If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

      Note
      If the program that you want to uninstall isn't listed, it might not have been created for your version of Windows. To uninstall the program, check the information that came with the program or contact the manufacturer for more information.

    Use the regsvr32 command to unregister CLDemuxer.ax
    If you don't know which program is causing this problem, you can remove CLDemuxer.ax from the list of installed codecs by unregistering it.

    Disabling CLDemuxer.ax will cause any programs that depend on the codec to stop working or lose functionality.
    Follow these steps to unregister CLDemuxer.ax:

      Find the folder that contains CLDemuxer.ax
      • Click the Start button

        , and then, in the Search box, type CLDemuxer.ax.
      • In the list of search results, right-click CLDemuxer.ax, and then click Open file location.
      • Click on the folder icon in the address bar at the top of the window to reveal the location of the folder that contains the file.
      • Write down or copy the location of the folder that contains CLDemuxer.ax so that you can refer to it in the section below.
      Note
      If your search doesn't return any results, you may need to use Advanced Search to find the file.

      • Click the Start button

        , and then, in the Search box, type CLDemuxer.ax.
      • To open the Search folder, click Search Everywhere.
      • Click the Advanced Search button.
      • Select the Include non-indexed, hidden, and system files check box, and then click the Search button.
      • Proceed from step ii in section a above to find the file location.

      Use Command Prompt to unregister CLDemuxer.ax
      • Click the Start button

        , and then, in the Search box, type Command Prompt.
      • From the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

        If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
      • At the command prompt, type cd followed by a space, type or paste the location of the folder that contains CLDemuxer.ax found in step iv of section a above (for example, cd C:\Program Files), and then press ENTER.
      • Type regsvr32 /u CLDemuxer.ax, and then press ENTER. CLDemuxer.ax is now unregistered.
      Note
      Re-registering the file after you've unregistered it might solve the problem. To re-register the file, repeat steps i, ii, and iii. In step iv, type regsvr32 CLDemuxer.ax. Repeat the steps to unregister the file if the problem returns.

    Disable thumbnail view in Windows Explorer


    • Click the Start button

      , click Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization, and then click Folder Options.
    • Click the View tab, and then select the Always show icons, never thumbnails check box.
    • Click Apply, and then click OK.

Boot to safe mode and uninstall Cyberlink.
There are better apps out there for audio/video...many are Free.

What do you use CyberLink for ?
CyberLink ? PowerDVD sales - Media Suite 8 Multimedia Software

I would get Revo Uninstaller (free) and uninstall Cyberlink and see what happens.
You could always re-install it later.
