Printer question? Sorry if wrong place.

F4180 will not print
No error lights.
Connections are OK.
No tray jam.
Ink OK.
When I click to print I get the usual "Printing to HP 4100 Series"

then nothing.

Try deleting the printer, reboot, and then reinstall it.

well, let me ask you this- it scans fine- and it also copies fine. (i made a copy, hadn't ever done that before.) so do I still delete the printer, reboot etc?

Scan and copy do not require a connection to the computer.
Printing a file from the computer requires a connection to the computer.
