User Access Problem

A couple days ago I had to send my computer in because it kept going to a blue screen then shutting off, and along with that every time I would turn it on, it would skip past where I select a user and put in the password and just use a default administrator user. I got my computer back and they replaced the motherboard and it stopped shutting off but I still cannot choose a user, and when i try to switch users the screen flickers and then nothing happens. I get no error messages or anything. Any help would be appreciated.
