Folder Icons Screwed Up

Okay, so I dunno what happened, but all the sudden none of my folder icons in the Start Menu will show up, it just has that Unknown Program icon, and all my folder icons in the explorer are the little silver and blue computer screen for "My Computer". Every time I try to change the icons back to the folder icon, they auto change back into My Computer icons. Help? Please?
