Bosd stop error help

can anyone help me fix this error im getting a BOSD error when i turn on my computer, it started happening after i got a virus and reformatted my vista i have windows home vista prem the stop error is

STOP 0x00000101 ( 0x0000000000000031, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff98000DE6180, 0x000000000000001 )

If you need anymore info ill try to get it for you, also i can use my computer under safe mode and networking

This is the result of your bugcheck.

STOP 0x00000101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

Usual causes: Device driver, BIOS bug, hardware defect

Have you installed all the Vista service packs and updates ?.
Also, have you installed the MB chipset drivers after the reformat ?.

Check Vista updates, and that you have the latest chipset drivers, sound drivers and video drivers.
